(March 28) – Major, Lindsey & Africa announced recently that former American Traffic Solutions (ATS) general counsel George Hittner has joined the global legal search firm’s Houston office as a managing director in the partner practice group.
Hittner spent the last seven years at Arizona-based ATS, where supervised 40 external law firms and 75 external consultants and lobbyists while managing the company’s legal and legislative affairs. He began his legal career in the business litigation and labor and employment practice groups at Haynes and Boone.
