(Oct. 12) – JAMS recently announced that former federal judge Michael Schneider has joined the mediation and arbitration service provider’s Texas Resolution Center.
Schneider, a University of Houston Law Center graduate, served on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas from 2004 to 2016 and was on the bench of the Supreme Court of Texas for two years prior to that.
Before beginning his judicial career in 1990, Schneider worked as general counsel at Bawden Drilling, an attorney managing litigation at Dresser Industries and general solicitor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company.
