Bailey C. Pompea, a bankruptcy and commercial litigation partner, has joined Bonds Ellis Eppich Schafer Jones in Fort Worth from Michael Best & Friedrich. She will focus her practice on bankruptcy, restructuring and complex business disputes, according to a news release.
Before joining Bonds Ellis, Pompea served as senior counsel at Michael Best & Friedrich in Denver, where she represented debtors and creditors in Chapter 11, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings. She previously practiced at Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor PC and Hackstaff, Snow, Atkinson & Griess, handling contested bankruptcy matters, plan confirmations and related litigation in state and federal courts.

AREAS OF FOCUS
Pompea focuses on representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 reorganizations, liquidations and restructurings, as well as handling bankruptcy litigation, contested hearings, motions practice and plan confirmations. Her practice also includes complex commercial litigation involving real estate, construction, contracts and business disputes.
