(Jan. 4) – Fox Rothschild recently announced that tax partner Alan Klein has lateraled to the firm’s Dallas office.

Klein has a diverse background with experience as an attorney for the IRS, an in-house position with Sun Oil Co. and as a partner with Arthur Andersen. He focuses his practice on estate tax planning and business succession planning.

“I wanted to associate myself with a quality law firm as I go into my senior years of practicing law,” he said.

Klein says the hot topics in his practice are the perspective tax proposals for the upcoming year and the continued challenges in advising families regarding the transfer of wealth on a multigenerational basis.

Also moving to Fox Rothschild from The Klein Law Firm is Randall Johnson, who has joined as counsel.
