Fox Rothschild associate Ashley Wysocki was recently appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to the 254th District Court in Dallas.
The family law court seat became open after Judge Darlene Ewing passed away in November shortly after winning reelection.
Wysocki, a Texas Tech University School of Law graduate, has focused her litigation practice at Fox Rothschild on family law matters. Her appointment – for a term that would run through 2020 – to the Texas state court is subject to Senate confirmation.
