Cincinnati law firm Frost Brown Todd announced Wednesday that it has expanded its Dallas office by luring five attorneys from litigation boutique Rose Walker.
The lateral group is led by Martin Rose, who co-founded Rose Walker in 1999. He is joined by members Bryan Rose and Holly Clarke and associates Faith Eaton and Ben West.
The move marks the end of Rose Walker. The firm’s website now takes you directly to the Frost Brown Todd homepage.
“We started Rose Walker because, frankly, we didn’t like where ‘Big Law’ was heading,” Rose said in a statement.
“In our discussions with FBT, though, we were really attracted to the entrepreneurial spirit of the firm. We are confident that we can now offer our clients a broader range of services with the same level of highly tailored representation they are accustomed to receiving from our boutique firm.”
Frost Brown Todd opened its Dallas office and entered the Texas market in 2015 with corporate attorneys Dan Novakov and Eddy Moore. The firm has nearly doubled its Dallas headcount to 18 attorneys since December.
Over the past two months, the firm has also added franchise lawyer Carlos White, bankruptcy and restructuring expert Mark Platt and commercial trial lawyer Todd Harlow.
