(Oct. 25) – Gardere Wynne Sewell has expanded its Mexico City footprint by acquiring Bufete Hernández Romo, a five-lawyer commercial arbitration and litigation boutique.
The new Gardere additions are partner Miguel Angel Hernández Romo Valencia, of counsel Miguel Ángel Hernández Romo, senior associate Jorge Enrique Hernandez Marin and associates Carlos Gerardo Barojas Flores and Laura Jimenez-O’Farrill Gutierrez de Velasco.
One notable matter the Mexico City firm has handled involved the enforcement of a $650 million award against Pemex.
