(April 20) – Gardere Wynne Sewell recently announced that three Dallas litigators have been elevated to partner.
Kimberly Mabel represents clients that range from small entities to Fortune 50 companies in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, bad faith litigation and insurance coverage and subrogation disputes. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Elliot Strader, a SMU Dedman School of Law graduate, has experience litigating claims involving construction defects, premises liability, securities fraud, wrongful termination, partnership disputes, oil and gas, government contracts and environmental contamination under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
Luke Wohlford’s concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of fiduciary duty, business torts, contract disputes and antitrust matters.
