(July 13) – Gardere Wynne Sewell recently named Dallas partner Michelle Schulz co-chair of the firm’s international practice. She will lead the group with Charles Meacham in Houston.
Schulz will also continue to co-lead the firm’s international trade group. In her new role, she will work to integrate Gardere’s international practice areas and design solutions for international business expansion.
The University of Texas School of Law graduate represents Fortune 500 companies, large defense and aerospace contractors, manufacturers, and oil and gas companies in international trade compliance and enforcement matters, including U.S. government investigations, internal audits, disclosures, licensing and counseling on international trade regulations governing exports and imports.
Prior to joining Gardere in 2013, Schulz worked for more than 10 years at a trade boutique she helped launch.
