Gibbs & Bruns Promotes Three to Partner

October 1, 2018 Brooks Igo

Prominent Houston litigation boutique Gibbs & Bruns announced on Monday that three attorneys have been promoted to partner.

Colin Pogge handles complex commercial litigation matters. He received his law degree from the University of Texas and clerked for Judge Sim Lake III of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

David Sheeren focuses his practice on energy, securities, and structured finance litigation. He is a member of the team that has recovered more than $16 billion for investors in Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS). Before graduating from Harvard Law School, he worked in the securities and finance practice of NERA Economic Consulting.

Brice Wilkinson, also a graduate of the UT School of Law, concentrates on complex commercial litigation. He is a former law clerk to Judge Raymond M. Kethledge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Pogge, Sheeren and Wilkinson started their careers at Gibbs & Bruns together in 2011.
