(June 8) – Greenberg Traurig announced recently that it signed on for another 10 years at Chase Tower in Dallas.
The firm’s 10-year renewal lease is for more than 35,000 square feet of office space on the 51st and 52nd floors of the 55-story skyscraper. The deal includes an option to expand onto the 53rd floor.
Greenberg Traurig has been at Chase Tower since 2005.
