(June 4) – Haynes and Boone announced Friday the opening of its 16th office worldwide in The Woodlands.
Craig Stahl, who lateraled over from Andrews Kurth Kenyon last fall, has been tasked with leading the new office, which will also include Bill McDonald, Jeff Kuehnle and Emmie Gooch. All four lawyers focus their practices in the energy space.
“Our new office in The Woodlands represents a further commitment to our Energy Practice, which is a core sector for our firm,” Haynes and Boone Managing Partner Tim Powers said in a statement. “We recently added exceptional partners with deep roots in both the energy markets and The Woodlands, so this office is a true example of opportunity and strategy coming together.”
The Woodlands is home base for several energy companies including Anadarko and Chevron Phillips Chemical.
The four-lawyer office will be located in Waterway Square, The Woodlands’ central business district.
