(July 23) – After forming its real estate practice with a five-lawyer team in March, Holland & Knight’s Dallas further boosted the practice by recently adding hospitality partner Kelly Franklin Bagnall.

Bagnall joins the Tampa, Fla.-based firm from Dykema, where she served as the director of its hospitality and gaming industry group. She represents owners and operators of hotels and resorts in a vast array of operational matters, including transactions, dispute resolution and event contracts.
