Holland & Knight Lands Healthcare Partner from K&S

August 7, 2025 Brooks Igo

Holland & Knight continues to stay active in the lateral market this year in Texas with the addition of Houston healthcare partner Juliet McBride.

McBride, who is making her first move after spending her entire career at King & Spalding to this point, advises national clients, including hospitals, medical equipment and device suppliers, and laboratories, on government and regulatory matters.

“As we expand our healthcare practice in Texas, Juliet is a valuable addition to our team given the national scope of her practice while also being located in Houston, where the Texas Medical Center is widely considered a global hub for medicine,” Brent Hill, leader of Holland & Knight’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Section, said in a firm announcement. “Juliet is an exceptionally qualified and well-respected player in the healthcare space.”

McBride, who is Holland & Knight’s eighth lateral partner hire in Texas this year, said she is “especially encouraged by the firm’s commitment to innovative health solutions and direct-to-patient service models that are at the forefront of growth in the healthcare market.”

AREAS OF FOCUS
McBride has extensive experience in reimbursement litigation and Medicare/Medicaid coverage, payment and compliance issues.
