Holland & Knight Picks Up Litigation Partner David Schulte

(March 5) – Holland & Knight announced a new partner addition today to its litigation practice in Dallas.

David Schulte has joined the firm from Thompson & Knight, where he worked for nearly 15 years. His commercial litigation practice includes handling matters related to breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and defamation.

Schulte represents large and middle market clients in a variety of industries, including product design and manufacturing, aeronautics, financial services, transportation, technology, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.

The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate currently sits on his alma mater’s Emerging Leader Board.
