Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has expanded its capabilities in Houston with the addition of commercial real estate partner Kimberly Schlanger.
Schlanger lateraled over from Baker Botts. She has significant experience in the structuring of complex joint venture and partnership agreements.
“The Houston office’s client base has grown rapidly since its founding in 2017, and meaningful expansion continues to be a priority,” Mike Darden, partner-in-charge of the Gibson Dunn Houston office, said in a statement.
“Kim is extremely well-regarded by clients and peers, and she will be a tremendous resource to our transactional practice in Texas, as well as be a key young member of the firmwide real estate practice.”
