(Aug. 28) – The University of Houston Law Center asked U.S. District Judge Keith Ellison to at least temporarily bar the Houston College of Law – formerly known as South Texas College of Law – from using its new name and its colors fearing the similarities between the two brands might confuse potential applicants, students, alumni and cause irreparable harm by confusing voters who determine national rankings.
