(May 2) – Winstead announced Tuesday that Houston real estate attorney Jim Lloyd has rejoined the firm as a shareholder.

Lloyd, who was most recently at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, focuses his practice on real estate transactions for land, office, retail, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use developments and properties.

After graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 2006, Lloyd started his legal career at Winstead. He jumped to Pillsbury in 2011 and later made partner there.
