(Sept. 30) – Jackson Walker announced yesterday that it has recruited health care expert Darren Skyles to be a partner in the firm’s Austin office.

The University of Houston Law Center graduate focuses his practice on corporate compliance matters, business transactions, board governance, contracts, human resources issues and developing policies and procedures. He also has experience advising on the Stark Law, the Federal Antikickback Statute and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
