Jackson Walker has bolstered its Dallas and Houston offices with the addition of three partners and one senior counsel across four practice areas.
The two Dallas attorneys joining Jackson Walker as partners are Greta Cowart and Kal Grant. Cowart was previously at Winstead, while Grant was in-house at Tolleson Wealth Management.
Cowart will work with Jackson Walker’s labor and employment and employee benefits and executive compensation practice groups. She represents plans and plan sponsors before the various regulating government entities and helps resolve retirement plan issues through voluntary compliance programs.
Grant joins the firm’s wealth planning, probate and trust team.
Both Houston attorneys left immigration law firm Foster Global for Jackson Walker, where they are members of the firm’s real estate group. Christian Triantaphyllis has joined as a partner, while Catharine Yen is senior counsel.
Triantaphyllis focuses his practice on immigration visa law matters. He assists foreign nationals from around the world through the EB-5 visa program.
