Jackson Walker Elevates Six to Partner

(Feb. 14) – Jackson Walker has promoted six attorneys to partner across four offices, the firm announced yesterday.

Jamila Brinson, a University of Houston Law Center graduate, focuses her practice on labor and employment and media, trademark and copyright litigation. She is based in Houston.

Luke Gilman is a litigation attorney in Houston who concentrates his practice on technology and media-related disputes and internal investigations. He received his law degree from the University of Houston and sits on the board of the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston.

George Hinchey is a San Antonio real estate attorney who advises on acquiring and disposing of office buildings and commercial retail centers, developing commercial retail centers and representing landlords leasing and ground leasing to commercial tenants. He is a University of Texas School of Law alumnus.

Pete Hyndman represents clients in the energy, healthcare and technology sectors on corporate and securities matters and mergers and acquisitions. He is a Dallas attorney and UT law graduate.

Emilio Nicolas is based in Austin and focuses his practice on entertainment, media, technology and intellectual property litigation and transactional work. He has a particular emphasis on copyright, trademark and privacy law.

William Stowe has a litigation practice involving contract disputes, business torts, government procurement, and health care litigation. The Houston attorney also has significant experience with federal and state open records laws.
