Janet Hendrick has joined labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillips in its Dallas office as of counsel. She was previously an attorney at Ashcraft Law Firm, an employment law boutique in Dallas.
Hendrick, a 1991 graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law, focuses her practice on employment litigation for national and regional employers of all sizes in administrative, state, and federal court actions.
She has extensive experience counseling employers on leave and accommodation issues under the Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as on issues relating to restrictive employment covenants and other employee defection matters in Texas.
Fisher & Phillips now has six lawyers in its Dallas office; Hendrick is the first of counsel.
