Joe Ferretti, VP & Chief Counsel, Global Trademarks at PepsiCo, Named President of INTA

(Jan. 26) – The International Trademark Association (INTA) has named Joseph Ferretti – Vice-president and Chief Counsel, Global Trademarks of PepsiCo, Inc. – as president of the association and chair of its board of directors for 2017.

Ferretti, who is based in Dallas, joined PepsiCo, Inc. in 2005. He leads a team that is responsible for all trademark, copyright and domain name work for PepsiCo.

“This year INTA will delve deeper into the key issues facing the brand owners,” Ferretti said in the announcement. “Priority issues for the Association in 2017 include counterfeiting, brand restrictions, and Internet governance.
