(June 26) – A group of three corporate and finance partners – Carol Burke, Susan Berry and Kimberlee Cagle – from Reed Smith have joined King & Spalding, the firm announced Tuesday morning.
The trio focus on oil and gas financings, project financings, real estate transactions and development financings. They are the latest additions to the Atlanta law firm’s corporate, finance and investments practice group – earlier this month, the firm announced that seven lawyers, including three partners, were signed in New York.
“The continued growth of transactional talent in Houston, especially with the new team’s focus on energy finance work, increases our ability to provide critical finance and corporate support for clients in Houston and other cities around the world,” Tracie Renfroe, managing partner of King & Spalding’s Houston office and co-head of its energy practice, said in a statement.
