King & Spalding Mints Three New Partners in Houston

King & Spalding announced this week that 30 attorneys have been promoted to partner firmwide, including three in Houston.

Robert Garner focuses his practice on the representation of owners and developers in their global construction projects, including power plants, petrochemical facilities, liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving, storage and regasification facilities, LNG liquefaction facilities, mining and port expansions, paper mills, manufacturing facilities and high-rise developments.

Jonathan Katz, a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, represents owners and developers in their construction projects, including power plants, liquefied natural gas facilities and petrochemical facilities.

David Weiss, who also received his law degree from UT, concentrates his practice on investor-state arbitration and international commercial disputes, with significant experience in investment and energy disputes and disputes in Latin America.
