(Jan. 7) – King & Spalding announced yesterday that it has promoted 24 partners firm-wide. Four of those new partners are based in Houston.
Kevin Clark, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his litigation practice on construction disputes and healthcare False Claims Act litigation, with additional experience in trade secrets litigation.
Archie Fallon represents energy companies and strategic investors in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, energy project development and finance and corporate governance matters.
Benjamin Pollock, a University of Houston Law Center graduate, focuses his litigation practice on construction and energy disputes, and personal injury claims arising from industrial accidents, product liability and catastrophic events.
Elizabeth Taber represents clients in the energy and oilfield services industries in litigation, including products liability, environmental contamination, oil and gas-related disputes and complex commercial matters. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
