(Sept. 29) – K&L Gates announced this week that intellectual property litigation vet Anil Patel has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner in the firm’s pharma and biopharma litigation practice.
Formerly of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, Patel has developed specialized experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation.
Patel has also advised pharmaceutical clients on matters including non-infringement and invalidity opinions; products for portfolio selection, including evaluation of potential launch dates; legal and regulatory challenges; and settlement and licensing agreements.
