(February 17) — Pittsburgh, Pa.-based K&L Gates promoted 52 lawyers to partner, three of which are in the firm’s Texas offices, the firm announced today. They are Sam Megally, Allison Wilkerson and Shoshana Thoma-Isgur.
Megally and Wilkerson were promoted as associates and are in the firm’s Dallas office. Megally, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on state tax planning and controversy matters. Wilkerson, also a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses her practice on benefits, ESOPs and executive compensation.
Thoma-Isgur, a St. Mary’s University School of Law graduate, focuses her practice on investment management, hedge funds and alternative investments. She is in the firm’s Fort Worth office and was promoted from of counsel.
