The Lanier Law Firm announced Tuesday it was opening an office in southwest Fort Worth, marking the firm’s fourth office nationwide.
The Houston-based firm also has outposts in New York and Los Angeles. The new office, in the Clearfork area of the city, will be helmed by Sam Taylor, who has been with The Lanier Law Firm since 2014 and is a longtime resident of the Fort Worth area.
“I have great relationships with many attorneys in the area,” he said in a statement. “We believe there’s a great opportunity to establish referral arrangements and take on new cases with a presence in Fort Worth, and I’m excited to get back to my roots in that regard.”
While in Houston, Taylor managed the firm’s asbestos litigation docket. He and other lawyers from the firm are also currently representing six families whose children died in the Camp Mystic flooding last summer. Taylor is a graduate of Tarleton State University and the University of Texas School of Law.
More than 60 attorneys practice across the firm’s four offices.
