(March 1) – Latham & Watkins has promoted one Houston attorney from counsel to partner.
Jesse Myers is one of 16 counsel that have been promoted to partner firmwide, according to a Latham announcement Thursday.
Myers is a member of the firm’s capital markets practice, where he represents companies and investment banks in equity and debt capital markets transactions, as well as in M&A and private equity transactions and corporate governance, structuring and securities matters.
