Latham to Promote Two Associates to Partner in Houston

(Nov. 11) – Latham & Watkins recently announced the associates that will be named partner on Jan. 1. Two attorneys in the Houston office are in the new partner class.

Thomas Brandt focuses his corporate practice on capital markets and M&A transactions, primarily involving MLPs and other companies in the oil and gas industry.

Stephen Szalkowski, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on M&A and joint venture transactions in the energy industry. He has particular experience advising companies and private equity firms on transactions involving upstream and midstream oil and gas assets and businesses.
