(Feb. 20) – Locke Lord has announced four new members to its 15-person executive committee.
Michelle Earley is a corporate partner in Austin. She is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee, Women’s Initiative Committee, Lateral Hire Committee and Practice Development Committee.
Paul Nason is head of the labor and employment practice group in Dallas and a member of the firm’s Benefits Committee and Board of Directors.
Mike Peters leads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions section and serves as the co-financial partner for Locke Lord. He is based in Houston.
Rick Manley is a public finance attorney in Boston.
The firm also re-elected Jerry Clements as chair and named Dallas lawyer Ray LaDriere as its general counsel.
