Locke Lord Brings on Charles Baker to Lead Houston IP Litigation Practice

By Brooks Igo – (Aug. 13) – Locke Lord recently announced it deepened its IP bench with the addition of Charles Baker, who was previously a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright. He will lead the Houston office’s IP litigation group.

Baker, a South Texas College of Law graduate, has litigated a variety of IP matters including trade secret and unfair competition issues and patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright infringement cases. He has represented Fortune 500 high-tech companies and oil and gas services companies.

Recently, he has litigated cases in the oil and gas seismic industry and the durable medical products industry.
