M&A Expert Paul Pryzant Jumps to Seyfarth Shaw

(March 11) – Seyfarth Shaw recently announced the addition of corporate M&A partner Paul Pryzant to its Houston office. Pryzant joined the Chicago-based firm from Burleson LLP.
Pryzant has represented clients in the oilfield services, drilling, industrial services and products, health care, and software and technology industries.
“As we continue to strategically grow our corporate team across the country, Paul brings deep expertise in middle market mergers and acquisitions for our private equity clients and strategic buyers and sellers,” Paul Mattingly, chair of Seyfarth’s corporate department, said in a statement.
The University of Texas School of Law graduate served as general counsel of TransCom USA from 1998 to 2000. He currently serves as the general counsel of the Houston Angel Network, where he advises emerging growth companies and their angel investors from start-up to exit.
