The Dallas Foundation recently announced seven new members of its board of governors, including MetroPCS Vice President of Legal Affairs Chris Luna.
Also joining Luna on the board are Catherine Rose, Elizabeth Carlock Phillips, Jeremy Smith, Mark Okada, Patsy Woods Martin and Steffen Fuchs. The Dallas Foundation, founded in 1929, was the first community foundation in the state of Texas. It had $420 million in total assets for the fiscal year ending on Dec. 31, 2018.
Luna also currently sits on the boards of the Dallas Theater Center and Garland Housing Finance Corporation. He is the past president of The Dallas Assembly and has previously served on the Dallas City Council, Garland Utility Advisory Board, Parkland Health and Hospital System Board, Richardson Chamber of Commerce Board and the Dallas Zoological Society Board.
