Wick Phillips has added Michael Baum as a partner in its Dallas office. Baum, who was previously a partner at Munck Wilson Mandala, joins the firm’s employment and commercial litigation practice groups.
The 1998 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law focuses his practice on employment related matters, including wrongful termination and discrimination in the workplace; claims of unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act; and cases involving alleged violations of the Family Medical Leave Act.
He also handles complex business litigation, including claims of breach of contract, tortious interference, theft of trade secrets, partnership disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and business disparagement.
