Munck Wilson Promotes Two to Partner

January 9, 2019 Brooks Igo

In the same week as the Dallas firm’s announcement of a new office in Los Angeles, Munck Wilson Mandala has announced the promotions of two attorneys to partner.

Amanda Greenspon has managed the firm’s soft intellectual property group since 2015. She advises companies on trademarks and copyrights and works with them on all aspects of their trademark and copyright portfolios.

Marc Kaliser is a corporate lawyer who leads the firm’s real estate practice. He handles acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and securitization of real estate properties, most notably multi-family assets.

“Amanda’s trademark and copyright practice continues to expand into new markets and her involvement with S.H.E. Summit has led to significant relationships for the firm,” Bill Munck, managing partner of the firm, said in a statement. “Marc has built a unique real estate and private equity transaction practice that answers a high demand legal service in the North Texas market.”
