(May 31) – Munsch Hardt is building out its Houston office in Pennzoil Place by more than 40 percent, the firm announced this week.
The firm is adding 16 new offices, a conference room and training area and two common areas with the additional 8,800 square feet. Overall, the firm will occupy 30,000 square feet on floors 26 and 27.
Munsch Hardt began the construction this week and expects to complete it in mid-September.
“We have strengthened the bench of our litigation and real estate teams to better serve the demand of our clients, and we now have one of the largest construction teams in the state,” Mitch McFarland, managing shareholder of Munsch Hard’ts Houston office, said in a statement.
“We have been able to achieve our goal to grow this office, and I am very proud of the quality team we have assembled.”
