(May 2) – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr announced this week it has minted three new shareholders.
Mark Deaton, a member of the firm’s litigation practice in Houston, concentrates on oil and gas litigation, breach of contract, business torts, fraudulent transfer, construction litigation and product liability. The University of Houston Law Center graduate is co-chair of Munsch Hardt’s Summer Associate Program.
James Ray is based in Austin and represents clients in condemnation matters, administrative and regulatory issues at the state and local government levels, and the prosecution and defense of disputes involving trademark, patent and copyright infringement. He received his law degree from Baylor.
Adam Richie, a South Texas College of Law Houston graduate, is in the firm’s construction litigation practice in Austin. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex design and construction contracts for all types of commercial projects with a focus on evaluating insurance coverage issues.
Munsch Hardt also promoted five attorneys to equity shareholder: Ken Bullock, Cara Kelly, Nolan Knight, Jay Ong and Aryn Self.
