Munsch Hardt Promotes Two to Shareholder

(May 19) – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr announced this month that two attorneys have been promoted to shareholder.

John Cornwell and Sameer Karim are based in the law firm’s Houston office.

Cornwell, a University of Houston Law Center graduate, focuses his practice on bankruptcy matters. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, chapter 11 debtors, trustees, governmental entities, third-party purchasers/investors and other stakeholders across a number of industries.

Karim concentrates his practice on employment litigation and regulatory matters. The Baylor University School of Law graduate has experience with matters involving the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Texas Payday Act, and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN).
