(May 24) – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr announced recently the promotion of two Dallas real estate attorneys to shareholder.
Phillip Geheb represents private and non-profit developers, financial institutions and investor in real estate and development transactions. He focuses his practice on public-private partnerships that involve EB-5 investments, tax credit finance, municipal bonds and traditional equity and debt financing.
Aryn Self, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, centers her practice on real estate development, financing and acquisitions, including the acquisition of undeveloped and improved land. She specializes on multi-family development, retail centers and multi-use developments.
