Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr formally announced Wednesday the firm’s expansion to Fort Worth with a seven-lawyer office to be housed in 5,787 square feet of scalable office space on Main Street.
The new location adds a fourth to the Dallas-based firm’s offices in Austin and Houston.
“Fort Worth has been part of our strategic plan for a long time,” said E. David Coligado, CEO of Munsch Hardt, in a news release. “We waited to launch until we had the right leadership and practice depth in place. This office is built to provide Fort Worth businesses with a new option for sophisticated legal expertise and to grow and attract exceptional attorneys who want to do meaningful work in a collaborative, high-performance environment.”
“Our goal is straightforward,” said Adrienne Wall, who has been named managing shareholder of the new office. “We are building a premier Fort Worth office, one that delivers sophisticated legal work, supports our clients’ growth, and brings together attorneys who are widely respected in this market.”
The firm says it plans for the office to focus on business transactions and commercial litigation.
Munsch Hardt is a full-service law firm with more than 170 lawyers. The firm’s 2024 revenue, the latest available for The Texas Lawbook 50, ranks the firm 28th among Texas law offices with $112.9 million. The firm was established in April 1985.
Wall, who is in her fifth year at Munsch Hardt in Dallas, specializes in banking and finance. She was previously assistant general counsel with InterBank.
The firm said it has made “a significant investment” in Fort Worth through the targeted recruitment of top-tier attorneys across core practice areas — particularly in real estate, financial services, construction litigation and corporate law.
The announcement includes two new hires Austin Franklin, who until recently was a trial lawyer at Kelly Hart & Hallman, and Deana Tillotson, former executive vice president and general counsel at InterBank.
Rounding out the new Fort Worth team are:
Theo Bruton, a 2014 graduate Texas A&M School of Law, who specializes in commercial real estate. Bruton joined Musch Hardt in 2022 after five years as associate GC at Vaquero Ventures.
Grant Jordan, is a 2010 law grad at Texas Wesleyan (now Texas A&M), who joined Munsch Hardt last year from Griffith Davison with deep experience in construction disputes.
Insurance associate Erin Rutherford, another Texas A&M Law grad, joined Munsch in January from Clausen Miller, an insurance defense firm.
Melissa Tucker, a senior real estate attorney and 2009 JD from Texas Wesleyan, has been with the firm since 2024.
