Newly-Combined Hunton Andrews Kurth Promotes Six to Partner

(April 6) – Hunton Andrews Kurth, which officially merged on April 2, announced more exciting news this week.

Six attorneys in Houston have been promoted to partner of the newly-combined firm. All of them came from Andrews Kurth Kenyon.

Clayton Holland serves bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and bank counsel in tax-exempt financings for cities, counties, school districts, charter schools, junior college districts, water districts, special districts and nonprofit corporations.

Taylor Landry, a South Texas College of Law Houston graduate, represents master limited partnerships, corporations and other entities in exploration and production, oilfield services, midstream and downstream matters.

Parker Lee focuses his practice on domestic and international oil and gas, power, petrochemical and infrastructure mergers and acquisitions, project development and joint venture transactions. He received his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Brian Pidcock graduated from the South Texas College of Law Houston and advises companies in the energy, healthcare and managed care, and media and entertainment industries on complex commercial disputes.

Jocelyn Tau, a University of Texas School of Law alumna, has significant experience representing publicly traded partnerships on capital formation, ongoing qualification, and acquisition and disposition activities.

Bridget Vick concentrates her litigation practice on ERISA, employee benefits and managed care issues. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston.
