(Jan. 4) – Norton Rose Fulbright deepened its corporate bench in Houston with the addition of William Davis II as a partner, the firm announced Thursday.
Davis was previously at Baker McKenzie. He credited Norton Rose Fulbright’s “exceptional” corporate practice and global footprint as factors that attracted him to the firm.
“I have worked with Norton Rose Fulbright in the past and was always impressed with their client service, vast experience, professionalism and reputation,” he said. “I believe joining this group of lawyers will open up an exciting new chapter in my legal career.”
Davis focuses his practice on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, corporate restructurings, redomestications and capital financings.
