(June 1) – Three energy transactions lawyers from Pillsbury have jumped to Norton Rose Fulbright, the firm announced today.
Partners John Mauel and Julie Mayo and senior counsel Jay Stiffler will practice out of the Houston office. They focus on the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of energy and infrastructure projects, ranging from oil and gas to LNG and electric power.
Mauel will be returning to the firm he spent the first 15 years of his career at. U.S. Managing Partner Linda Addison said in a statement that the three lawyers’ experience in energy and infrastructure projects “makes them a great fit for our skilled energy transactions team.”
