(Jan. 9) – Ten attorneys at Norton Rose Fulbright have been made new partners, the firm announced Monday. Four are based in Texas.
Beau Cox is in the firm’s commercial litigation practice in Dallas. The Texas Tech University School of Law graduate represents publicly-traded banks, two of the nation’s largest motion picture theatre companies, oil and gas exploration and investment companies and private equity firms.
Seth Isgur, also in the firm’s commercial litigation practice, has handled class actions, tax disputes, indemnity actions and eminent domain matters. He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and is based in Houston.
Brenda Hanzl is a corporate attorney in Houston. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, development matters and workouts and restructurings within the electric power, midstream, transportation and commodity industries.
Ryan Manns advises secured lenders, corporate debtors, unsecured creditors, and acquirers of financially-distressed companies in complex business restructuring matters. He is based in Dallas.
