(June 1) – Nossaman LLP recently announced it added three environment and land use attorneys to its Austin office.
Alan Glen, J.B. Ruhl, Rebecca Barho and Brooke Wahlberg joined the Los Angeles-based firm from Sedgwick LLP. Glen, who joins as a partner, says he and his team were attracted to Nossaman’s strong national platform.
“Nossaman has a nationally renowned infrastructure practice group that will provide us with an opportunity to work on the environmental elements of its projects across the nation,” he added.
Glen is currently working with the American Wind Energy Association on two multi-state, multi-species habitat conservation plans: the Great Plains HCP and the Midwest Wind HCP.
Renewable energy, water, greenhouse gas emissions, transportation and federal regulation of wildlife diversity are key issues in his team’s practice, Glen says.
