(May 31) – Jackson Walker recently announced that patent litigator Wasif Qureshi has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner.
Qureshi, who lateraled over from Fish & Richardson, is the second recent hire by Jackson Walker to strengthen its IP practice in Houston. The firm added Brit Nelson earlier this year.
The University of Houston Law Center alumnus has counseled clients across a number of disciplines, including integrated circuit design, telecommunications and cell phone technology, semiconductor fabrication, computer software and hardware, Internet and network communications, and website technologies.
Qureshi also has experience with patent infringement investigations before the International Trade Commission.
