(Dec. 6) – Polsinelli announced this week that shareholder Gemma Descoteaux has been appointed president-elect of the DFW chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth.
Descoteaux chaired the Women in ACG DFW group in 2015. Under her leadership, it doubled its membership.
“I look forward to helping the DFW chapter continue to be a vital resource for middle-market dealmakers and business leaders,” Descoteaux said in a statement.
ACG is a global networking organization for M&A professionals completing middle-market deals and transactions.
