(Feb. 1) – Houston law firm Porter Hedges has elevated four attorneys to partner, the firm announced on Wednesday.
David Martin is a real estate attorney who represents developers, lenders, borrowers, and other individuals and entities in real estate finance, including acquisitions and divestitures, leasing matters, joint venture agreements, entity formation and structuring matters, and construction contract documentation. He graduated from the South Texas College of Law.
Sean McChristian, also a South Texas College of Law alumnus, represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, suppliers, sureties, and design professionals in all types of construction-related litigation matters, including delay, acceleration, impact, and inefficiency claims, defective plans and specifications claims, construction defect claims, wrongful termination claims, cost overrun and extra work claims, and bond and lien claims.
Scott Muehlberger is an energy transactional attorney and University of Texas School of Law graduate. He advises clients on upstream and midstream energy transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and strategic partnership arrangements.
David Salton is in the firm’s litigation practice, where he handles construction, government contracts, oil and gas, trademark infringement, and other commercial disputes. He received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law.
